By accessing or using BD Economics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Payment Processing
Our payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. All billing inquiries, refunds, and payment issues should be directed to our support team at cradnan@gmail.com.
User Content & Data
You retain all rights to any custom data or portfolios you create. We do not claim ownership of your proprietary analysis. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.
Data Privacy & Security
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Exported reports and data remain yours.
